Choose from two site types and enjoy the ultimate woodsy camping experience whether you're parking your RV or pitching a tent!
RV Sites
RV camping at Colonial Woods combines scenic surroundings with spacious, well-equipped campsites designed for comfort. With over 200 campsites, including pull-through options, our resort can accommodate larger RVs and double slide-outs. Many sites include electric and cable hookups, and most can accommodate RVs up to 40 feet in length, making it easy to enjoy camping the way it should be.

Tent sites include water and electric hookups, providing the basic comforts you need while still enjoying an authentic outdoor camping experience.

Things to Know before your stay
Guest Fees
Guest fees (per night): Children (2-17): $7.50, adults (18 and over): $10.00.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Half day fee for early check-in, when available.
Cabin Rentals
All Cabin Rentals are a 2-night minimum. All reservations for July and August stay must be taken at least two weeks in advance of arrival date. All cabins require a $200 security deposit. Deposits are returned after departure upon inspection of the rental unit. Linens and towels must be provided by our guest on all rental units.
Endless Tubing
Kick back and enjoy a relaxing float down the Delaware River with endless tubing adventures from Treasure Island Outfitters. Drift through beautiful wooded scenery while soaking up the sunshine and fresh air. It’s the perfect way for families and friends to spend a fun day on the water during your stay at Colonial Woods.
