Clifton Industrial Complex

Before : An aging industrial site with outdated logistics, poor parking utilization, and years of deferred maintenance—limiting trucking efficiency and tenant appeal.

Improvements:

RMR transformed the site by overhauling the parking layout, renovating building interiors, and boosting curb appeal with new pavement and painting of all the warehouses.

Planet Networks Business and Property Investment

RMR acquired a stake in Planet Networks, a fast growing fiber optic network provider servicing NJ, NY, PA , and VA. Planet focuses on internet services and connectivity. We believe the business is run by a talented CEO and operates as a natural-monopoly with an outstanding recurring revenue model. Along with an equity investment, we also acquired their primary truck maintenance facility adding to our existing industrial IOS portfolio.

Ark Restaurants

RMR acquired a 5% stake in Ark Restaurants and became one of its major shareholders. The company operates a large scale restaurant business with irreplaceable coastal real estate properties. Ark also owns a large equity stake in the NJ Meadowlands Racetrack LLC, which has turned into one of the country’s premier sports betting venues. This is a real estate and gaming investment for RMR.
